Former Diddy employee brought to tears during testimony over threats he would 'throw her in the East River'
Testifying in court are a former employee of the rapper and officials from the Los Angeles Fire Department and Los Angeles Police Department.

U.S. rapper and producer Sean J. Combs, also known as P. Diddy
The trial against rapper and music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs resumes Tuesday in New York after the Memorial Day holiday weekend.
Testifying in the courtroom Tuesday are a former employee of the rapper, Capricorn Clark, as well as officials from the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Capricorn Clark was the first to testify in court. Between 2004 and 2012 she worked for Diddy as a marketing manager and secretary. The woman became emotional at several points during her testimony and was even brought to tears.
In Tuesday's session, Clark recounted multiple incidents of abuse and intimidation during her employment with Combs between 2004 and 2012. One of the most prominent episodes was in 2011, when Combs, armed, forced her to accompany him to rapper Kid Cudi's house after discovering that his then-partner, Cassie Ventura, was in a relationship with Cudi. Clark claimed that Combs threatened to kill Kid Cudi and subsequently assaulted Ventura, forcing her to convince Cudi not to go to the police.
Clark also testified that Combs threatened to kill her upon learning of her past work relationship with Suge Knight, his rival in the music industry. She also described a toxic work environment, mentioning that she was subjected to polygraph tests for five days after Combs' jewelry went missing, and that members of the artist's entourage threatened to throw her into the East River if she failed such tests.
Sex trafficking and grotesque forced orgies
Testimony has revealed forced sex parties, known as "freak-offs," and the use of drugs to coerce victims. At these parties, dozens of people were forced to perform sexual acts, which the investigation claims went on for days at times.
When authorities conducted a warrant search of Diddy's mansion, they found rooms full of recording cameras, many hidden, that would have served in these grotesque episodes of sexual abuse.
Diddy's case is linked to that of mogul Jeffrey Epstein because of the long list of celebrities in the music and entertainment industry, as well as politics, who allegedly could be involved with Combs' scheme.
