The Dominican player, who hit a home run in the fifth inning of the game, was the star player in the Los Angeles Dodgers’ win.

(AFP) The Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 9-2 on Sunday with Dominican Teoscar Hernández's 200th career home run in Major League Baseball.
The 32-year-old slugger hit a home run in the fifth inning to give the Dodgers a 6-5 lead.
Despite starter Tyler Glasnow's early exit due to shoulder pain, the Dodgers' bullpen responded by not giving up a single run for eight innings.
After Hernández's home run, Cuban Andy Pagés joined the barrage with another two-run homer. The Havana native sealed the home win with a single in the sixth inning for Chris Taylor's final run.
Pagés, 24, hit a career-high four RBIs for the Dodgers, who won the series against the Pirates 2-1.
